Senior Product Manager

eDriving is looking for a talented and motivated Sr. Product  Manager (PM).  The Sr. PM will become the expert on both B2B and consumer buying behaviors as well as develop products/services and marketing strategies that support the company’s vision and goals across product offerings and channels.  This role will lead the mobile telematics development and efforts, the newest in our product portfolio. The ideal candidate is both strategic and analytical in driving product vision, product positioning and go-to-market planning and execution to drive results for our telematics products.  This position will report to our VP of Innovation Products and Fleet Business Strategy.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrate thought leadership crucial to accelerating growth of sales, revenue, and market presence
  • Research and understand market needs, trends, and competitive landscape
  • Create a clear strategy for our brands and products, delivering clear insights and action plans to improve program performance.
  • Drive market, product and customer segmentation and industry analysis; define the customer journey and develop contact strategies; develop, test and refine benefits, offers, product positioning and messaging.
  • Create detailed product requirements and the go-to-market plan for product launches.
  • Develop detailed use cases and create user personas
  • Brings new products to market by analyzing proposed product requirements and product development programs; preparing return-on-investment analyses; establishing time schedules with engineering and content development.
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, content development, PR, marketing, channel managers and other cross-functional teams to develop, agree and implement the strategy.
  • Help the Product and Business Development teams to manage the operational components of strategic partner campaigns, identifying and driving business growth opportunities.
  • Spearhead testing and develop financially based business cases for new investments in offers, services, products and/or technology to improve engagement, Lifetime Value (LTV) and user experience.
  • Support lifecycle marketing strategies and execution, from user acquisition, activation and engagement, to implementation and evaluation of cross-sell/up-sell and churn reduction strategies.
  • Execute against KPIs including increased engagement, retention and achieving revenue, retention and similar user-driven goals.
  • Develop and manage monthly, quarterly and annual product plans that achieve business objectives.
  • Monitor, analyze and report out on launches, key initiatives and the competitive landscape.
  • Tackle complex problems with a strategic mindset, create thoughtful recommendations and action plans for solving those problems and translate them into easy-to-grasp concepts.
  • Up to 20% travel to different offices for business relevant meetings. 

Desired Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of solid experience in product management, preferably in a B2B context.
  • Experience in mobile, telematics or insurance UBI is highly preferred.
  • Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines.
  • Strong writing and oral communication skills that results in compelling, well-packaged recommendations.
  • Strong ability to comfortably interface with all levels of management, and to communicate cross-functionally, as well as across co-located areas/time zones in a structured and clear manner to influence outcomes.
  • Thrives in and enjoys a highly collaborative, fast-paced, athletic environment.
  • Proven success delivering business results that demonstrates both hands-on management and leadership capabilities.
  • MBA or MSc degree is a plus.
