MVR Specialist / Account Representative

Location: North County San Diego, California or Cape May Court House, New Jersey 

eDriving Fleet is a global provider of Driver Safety Management Solutions. We work with our clients on shaping and influencing their drivers' attitude and behavior towards safer travel. We have a dynamic team of individuals including risk management specialists; state of the art programmers and engineers; account and customer support teams - all dedicated to saving lives, meeting and exceeding customers objectives and when problems arise – solving them and learning from them to ensure and protect the long term relationships we enjoy with all our customers across the globe.

We are expanding our team with an additional Motor Vehicle Records Specialist Account Manager.  This is a crucial role to oversee the processing of one of our our primary products, state license checks.  You will work directly with our clients, the DMV and other state agencies, and the employees & candidates receiving the license checks to ensure we have accurate and up-to-date information at all times.  The ideal candidate is a unique blend of service-oriented and incredibly detailed, who can build relationships and manage confidential information in a professional and organized manner. 

How you make an impact everyday:

  • Build relationships with Clients and DMV representatives to ensure timely processing and follow-up on issues or escalations.
  • Process motor vehicle license checks for fleet business clients, ensuring each company/client's standards are followed.
  • Provide accurate daily/weekly/monthly reports using Microsoft Excel and our databases.
  • Deliver operational support to small/local to large/global business customers, via telephone and email.
  • Communicate directly with client managers and Team Members to bring each case to conclusion as quickly as possible.
  • Fulfill customer needs promptly, efficiently and successfully.
  • Maintained organized and secure confidential information at all times.

  • Possess strong follow-up and prioritization abilities.
  • Adept at managing confidential information with a highly developed sense of integrity.
  • Above average verbal and written communication skills.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and team player mentality.
  • Highly developed commitment to customer satisfaction with a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude. 
  • Expert use of Microsoft Office 2010 and higher, specifically Excel and Outlook.
  • High School Diploma or GED. College Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
